Spent the first 23 years of her life in Pune, Maharashtra and then the travel bug bit Natasha. She completed her graduation in Commerce and then moved and completed her post graduate degree in tourism studies while in Auckland (NZ). She decided to move back to India and worked and lived in different cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Goa and has travelled to over 15 countries and over 70 cities or provinces or states so far. It wasn’t surprising that even though she started her career in HR, followed by hospitality and ITES sales, Natasha finally landed herself in the travel and tourism industry. The desire to travel independently was one she couldn’t shake off. There’s much to explore and the industry has multitude of opportunities to offer and, today Natasha has gained a wealth of experience in sales, account management and relationship management in the corporate travel space and continues to lead the Asia Pacific region with her present company doing the same.
In addition to the multiple hats worn before entering the industry, within the travel domain over the last 17 years, she has assumed, led and delivered successful supplier negotiation deals, played a pivotal role to introduce technologies to the companies she’s worked with and handled global projects to set up business processes. She has worked with companies like Randstad, Tata Interactive Systems and SOTC at various capacities.
Global exposure and local interactions have shaped much of who Natasha is. Her heightened intrinsic motivations of power, independence and honor stand out quite vividly when you interact with Natasha. In her free time, if she isn’t working or delving into a new cultural experience, she is reading a book, practising yoga, meditating or spending time organising things.
In 2018, Natasha came across the Reiss Motivation Profile at a time in her life where she was at the cross section of her career, relationships and personal desires. The RMP was a powerful tool that helped pivot the decisions she needed to make and today she lives by her true motivations fully in sync with her intrinsic desires. Today as an RMP Master, who fully embodies her intrinsic desires, Natasha consults and works with individuals to connect them to their basic motivations to maximise their opportunities and create the happy life they’ve been seeking for, from within.
