Kamaldeep is Co-founder of an Ed-Tech – CollegeDoors & consults for process excellence.

Kamaldeep has extensive experience of over 20 years. He partners with customers in project execution and customised training delivery.

Kamaldeep is skilled in project execution, team development, conflict resolution, facilitating diverse learning initiatives and influencing/leading the work of individuals/groups in change initiatives.

He has led & mentored over 40 Master Black Belt & Black Belt projects across key business areas. He has positively impacted more than 650 resources through hands on training and projects.

He has worked with Carrier Aircon, Standard Chartered Bank, Tata AIG Life Insurance, WNS Global Services and Motilal Oswal Securities.

Kamaldeep is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and also a Fellow, Life Management Institute (LOMA-USA). He is alumnus of IIM-Indore and holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering.
