Vidyadhar has worked with Motilal Oswal Securities, Stream APAC, eFunds. He has had entrepreneurial stint in Film, Music & Entertainment. He has positively impacted 300+ people through his trainings, projects and change initiatives.

A Graduate in Construction Engineering, Vidyadhar is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & a certified RMP® Master. He also holds a CBTL certification from NASSCOM and is a certified trainer from Dale Carnegie.
