Surya works with customers to identify, design, develop and implement solutions to business problems. He has been enjoying doing this for the last 20+yrs across various industries and geographies using Six sigma, Lean, BPM & Data analytics practices. His interests include process design, data analysis, and applied business and machine intelligence.

Surya has solved problems and trained resources at companies such as British Gas, Cactus Communications, GE ITC, Meru Cabs, Toyoda Gosei, Vodafone, and WNS Global Services among others. He has led process improvement initiatives and training across diverse cultures and geographies impacting more than 600 resources.

A Post Graduate in Plastics Engineering, Surya is Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and has completed an advanced certificate course in Business Analytics from IIT Bombay. Surya is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt & BPM Professional (BP Group- UK) and is a certified practitioner for Gemba Kaizen and Toyota Production System (Lean) at Toyoda Gosei Japan though AOTS Japan.
